Three Versions of Andrei & Andrea

Three Versions of Andrei & Andrea is, essentially, a triptych. Each section is a distinct portrait of the two characters, inspired by a distinct cinematic language. In The Old World, the pair wander Paris, and discuss the relationship between art and history. In The New World, they raise hell across a grimy New York City. And in The Great North, they become hypnotized by the magic of Wolfe Island. Together, the distinct portraits form an unconventional whole view of the two characters—a kind of exquisite corpse that follows them as they hop destinations, hop jobs, hop lives.
Three Locations
Shot across Paris, New York City, and Wolfe Island, Three Versions of Andrei & Andrea is the most ambitious Jack of Hearts Production yet.
Two Characters
In each location, Andrei and Andrea change. They look different, they feel different, but at the core their relationship stays the same.
One Film
Three Versions is a self-produced feature-length film, with completion targeted for January 2027. Written, directed, produced, and edited by Lucien Clough and Luke Opalack.
